Office Location: 1012 W 9th Avenue, Suite 120King of Prussia, PA 19406
Coverage area: Reading, PA - Can be asked to travel throughout territory as patient needs warrant Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
* 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
* Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
* Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
* Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
