Job Duties

Ensures that correspondence, information and data needed or used by the Regional Operations Chief, Regional Administrators, and Regional Business Manager is accurately prepared, organized, and in compliance with policies and procedures. Provides direct support to the Regional Business Manager. Serves as back-up to the Procurement Specialist Senior and assists with various inventories.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience providing customer service and administrative support to include word processing, filing, and other related duties in a professional office setting. Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data in order to reach logical conclusions and prepare routine reports. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and information systems.

Additional Considerations

Business Office experience.
