Service Manager – Full time – Permanent - £45k - Swindon Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Services to provide senior leadership across a portfolio of children and young people’s emotional wellbeing services. This role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams and work collaboratively with partners across a complex health system. The successful candidate will be a confident, emotionally intelligent leader with strong clinical credibility and experience driving service development and change. This is a senior position for someone motivated by impact, quality and values-led leadership. Key Responsibilities * Provide senior leadership and oversight across children and young people’s emotional wellbeing services * Set and communicate a clear service vision, working closely with partners and commissioners * Lead service development and improvement, informed by outcomes, data and lived experience * Ensure high-quality delivery, clinical governance, contract performance and budget oversight * Support and hold service leads to account, ensuring effective supervision and workforce development * Manage capacity, demand and performance to meet agreed targets and access standards * Participate in senior leadership duties, including an on-call rota Skills & Experience * Senior leadership experience within children and young people’s mental health services * A confident, proactive leader able to engage teams and drive change * Strong strategic thinking and service development experience * In-depth knowledge of CYP emotional wellbeing and mental health pathways * Excellent partnership-working and communication skills * Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those successfully shortlisted for the role will be personally contacted.
