What Youll Do
: Deliver accurate administration support across HR, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
: Manage employee records, training, holiday tracking, and onboarding.
: Process purchase orders, supplier accounts, invoices, and reconciliations.
: Support sales with data management, reports, and client communication.
: Assist with compliance, ISO audits, and professional accreditations.
: Maintain office systems, registers, and project documentation.
What Were Looking For
: Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
: Strong IT and systems skills (MS Office essential; Procore/HubSpot/RedSky desirable).
: Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
: Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise and multi:task.
: Process:driven, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
