Finance & Admin Assistant - Central Bristol | £25, | Hybrid Working

Our client, a vibrant and growing company based in Central Bristol, is on the lookout for a Finance & Admin Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. With a fantastic company culture and a hybrid working model (2 days from home after probation), this is a brilliant chance to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding setting.



The Role


Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance and operations team. Your responsibilities will include:



1. Raising invoices and purchase orders

2. Processing supplier bills and customer payments

3. Onboarding new suppliers and contractors

4. Chasing overdue invoices - confidence on the phone is a must!

5. Managing internal staff expense claims

6. Maintaining and updating the CRM system

7. Handling customer and supplier invoicing queries

8. Producing remittances and maintaining supplier records

9. Arranging surveys and supporting ad hoc admin tasks




What We're Looking For



10. Previous experience in a finance or admin role

11. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

12. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

13. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

14. A team player who's always ready to help out
