Overview
The Severn Gorge is currently trading an average of £22,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of Wet:30 Dry:70. This pub has an established carvery guest base and can accommodate 1400 covers on a weekly basis. We are looking for a community focused General Manager who is comfortable delivering a value food offer. Experience in delivering a carvery would be advantageous but isn't essential. The private accommodation is a 2-bedroom flat situated above the pub.

It's a vibrant area with a great mix of locals and visitors, making the ideal customer base for family focused events and live music.

Responsibilities
* Lead the team to success and manage day-to-day pub operations.
* Deliver a value food offer and focus on carvery where relevant; experience delivering a carvery would be advantageous but isn't essential.
* Operate in a community focused environment and engage with local customers.
* Ensure accommodation details are managed (private 2-bedroom flat above the pub) as part of the role.
