Im currently recruiting for a proactive Estates and Facilities Manager to join a well-established college in Manchester. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with strong estates management experience who is ready to take ownership of the colleges facilities and ensure a safe, well-maintained learning environment.
The Role
As Estates and Facilities Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the college estate, including hard and soft facilities services, building maintenance, grounds, cleaning, security, and health and safety management. You will lead the estates and facilities team to ensure effective operations, supporting the development and maintenance of the colleges buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide effective management of all estates and facilities operations across the college
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the estates and facilities team
3. Plan, supervise, and deliver all maintenance and improvement projects
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding staff, students, visitors, and contractors
