MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher Walsall Job start date: ASAP Job Description: We are seeking passionate and qualified MFL Teachers to join our dynamic teaching team for a school in the Walsall Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MFL languages and culture including French, Spanish & German, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in immersive language experiences. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality French language instruction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL language lessons to students studying at Key stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Develop and implement a curriculum that covers listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic growth. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language practice. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education and integrate them into your teaching. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in French, Spanish or German. Teaching certification/license in MFL or a relevant subject area. Proven experience teaching MFL at secondary level. Native or near-native proficiency in MFL languages. Strong knowledge of MFL language pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential in language learning.
