Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership
o Develop and implement global real estate management strategies
o Align property initiatives with corporate objectives
o Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives
o Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions
o Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements
o Monitor property performance
* Operations & Compliance
o Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
o Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics
o Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* 10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership
