Job Summary:
You will be responsible for leading key strategic projects from the EMEA region and support the broader global Cash, Liquidity and Foreign Exchange Product Development team. The role involves developing industry and product knowledge around Cash, defining target end states for Cash capabilities, and translating these into a delivery roadmap. Understanding client and stakeholder requirements to develop viable solutions is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support strategic deliveries and roadmaps, focusing on core cash lifecycle events, balance and transaction recordkeeping, and reporting.
* Align with Morgan Payments’ strategic transformation journey for cash.
* Develop expertise in different cash transaction types and link this to business activities, system flows, and future operating models.
* Maintain product development artefacts such as Confluence, manage programs and milestones, and document business requirements.
* Participate in governance of testing cycles prior to implementation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Managers, client-facing teams, technology, testing, and Program Management Office to understand the end-to-end lifecycle and system integrations.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Manage working group meetings across Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver cash strategies and systemic architecture for client solutions.
* Prioritize and schedule work, evaluate importance, manage dependencies, and coordinate deliveries.
* Deliver against project objectives, plan, and execution, ensuring accountability.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the big picture and understand details.
* Program management skills, organized, and capable of leading and influencing projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in Tableau, Alteryx, or Signavio.
* Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
* Clear written and oral communication skills.
* Self-motivated, quick learner, comfortable with responsibility, and able to work virtually.
* Broad business understanding with the ability to capture end-to-end processes and deepen subject matter expertise.
