We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team, covering developments across Cumbria.

Role Details
Position: Field Sales Executive
Salary: £25,027 – £30,796 (depending on experience)
Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum
Location: Maneli House, Cowper Road,
Area Covered: Cumbria
Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. You will represent our brand professionally while working across multiple developments within your patch.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming prospective buyers to developments and sales centres
* Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to completion
* Conducting viewings and showcasing homes to a high standard
* Building strong customer relationships and identifying needs
* Managing reservations, paperwork and sales progression
* Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Delivering sales targets and contributing to overall performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Previous new home sales experience (essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently across a regional patch
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
