Jacksoon Hogg are pleased to be working with a client based in Sedgfield on the appoitnemnt of a Finance Assistant.
General finance tasks include:
* Posting Journals
* Chasing timesheets
* Telephoning suppliers to confirm bank details
* Printing invoices from finance inbox
* Filing payment runs
* Processing purchase ledger new supplier forms
Collating evidence for grant claim audits, including:
* Downloading invoices - claim evidence
* Downloading timesheets - claim evidence
Undertaking project related finance tasks, including:
* Project inbox monitoring
* Adding timesheet access - project inbox
* Checking hours & redacting timesheets for claims
* Project closure forms - part 1 & 2
* Running defrayed reports for month end for grants
You would also be required to support other team members within the Finance department as required.
