This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their product-led delivery team due to organic growth.
Joining a dynamic team focusing on working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure quality, risk, and release readiness are consistently considered throughout the product lifecycle.
This role would be a great opportunity with someone who is hands-on and has experience combining active testing with responsibility for shaping how QA is delivered day to day. The focus is on building fit-for-purpose QA practices that support reliable delivery and continuous improvement, aligned to product maturity and risk.

Requirements:
* Experience in a Senior QA, QA Lead, or Test Lead role
* Strong hands-on manual testing capability
* Strong experience creating and maintaining automated tests
* Understanding of Agile, product-led delivery
* Ability to assess risk and communicate clearly with Product and Engineering
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Services
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Test Plans
* Experience testing APIs or integrations
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
* Experience working in regulated or complex environments
