Partner with the best
As an you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Develops an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As an Internal Logistics Supervisor/Planner, you will be responsible for:
1. Responsible for managing internal logistics activities for factory operation, specialising in movements of Finished and Semi Finished goods.
2. Drives culture to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
3. Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all internal logistics operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality – in line with the Master Production schedule.
4. Utilize problem solving techniques and continuous process improvement tools to improve area key performance indicators.
5. Plans, organizes and implements manufacturing procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual objectives.
6. Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
7. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
8. Selects, hires and trains personnel.

To be successful in this role you will:
9. Bachelors degree, HND experience. Or able to demonstrate equivalent level of experience.
10. Minimum years of manufacturing experience preferably as a supervisor or team lead
11. Experience generating production plans and progress delivery reports - preferably using Oracle, Excel or Tableau.
12. Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and customer focused with a drive for results.
13. Ability to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.
14. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing principles, concepts, theories and practices of area of responsibility.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills.
17. Good organizing, planning, and presentation skills.
18. Previous experience in lifting operations desirable.
