Lead Frontend Developer | React | Next.js | Azure | Hybrid £64–73K + Allowances | Pension + 30 Days AL

You’ll take the lead on frontend delivery using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Azure – helping drive the technical direction, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact, user-facing products at scale.

You’ll need:
Strong experience building React and Next.js applications
Solid grasp of frontend performance, accessibility, and testing (TDD, unit tests, etc.)
Experience working in Agile, cloud-first teams (ideally Azure + Azure DevOps)
Leadership qualities – you’ve coached or mentored before, or want to start
Location: Hybrid working – 1–2 days/week onsite in South Wales
