Salary: up to £44000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout

Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out PPM, servicing and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
2. Respond to call-outs during normal working hours and participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota
3. Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
4. Liaise with the internal helpdesk and administration teams
5. Maintain accurate job reports, log books and documentation
