This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of our warehouse. You’ll support the team, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure all goods in and out are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the daily warehouse operations
* Oversee and assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
* Pick and pack customer orders when required
* Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
* Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse
* Use a Reach truck (licence preferred)
* Provide cover for the Warehouse Manager when needed
* Liaise with transport companies and suppliers
* Supervise and support the warehouse operative

The Person
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in warehouse work (supervisory experience ideal)
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Organised, with great attention to detail
* Calm under pressure and good with deadlines
* A strong communicator with good customer service skills
* Able to work well in a small team and take initiative
