Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons in your subject specialism
* Support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
* Use data and assessment tools to track pupil progress
* Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school initiatives
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of teacher training by Sept 2025
* Passionate about teaching and committed to student development
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to take part in CPD opportunities
* A positive attitude and growth mindset
