Job Title: Marketing and Communications Executive
Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Salary: GBP26,500 : GBP35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Full time/part time negotiable : Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives our success, and we are looking for an additional, dedicated and detail oriented, Marketing and Communications Executive.
About the role:
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans to enhance the Companys brand presence and drive engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills and a passion for marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the Companys products and services.
* Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
* Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
* Manage the Companys social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
* Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
* Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and results to senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
* Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
* Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in manufacturing industry.
* CIM qualified (preferred)
* Creative thinking and problem:solving abilities.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
