The Opportunity
We are a well-established manufacturing company seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Corby.
This is a hands-on role focused on operating, setting, and programming CNC machines. You will play a key part in producing high-quality components in a clean and well-organized workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up 3 & 4 axis CNC machines using proprietary software.

Program and run a 3 axis VMC using G-code.
*
Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
*
Perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
*
Carry out routine machine maintenance and assist in keeping the workshop clean and organized.
*
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in CNC machine operation (any background considered).
*
Confidence in reading engineering drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, practical approach.
*
Flexible and willing to work across different machines and tasks.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
*
Experience with Emmegi, Elumatec, Mecal, or similar CNC machinery.
*
Experience setting machinery would be a plus
