Commercial Administrator
Contract position ongoing (views to go permanent)
Salary: £22,000 per annum (£10.58 p/h)
Location: Solihull
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company within their National Finance Department, we are looking for a Support Administrator to join their busy team.
Commercial Administrator responsibilities:
1. Ensure processes are followed to ensure Purchase and Sub Contract Orders are processed efficiently.
2. Ensure payment is received in line with the contract agreement and promptly respond to any queries withholding payment.
3. Assist in the valuation and submission of contract variations, maximising revenue and profit margin.
4. Liaise with Operations in raising Sub Contract orders and administering Sub Contractors, including checking and approving valuations and invoices.
5. Work closely with the Help Desk to ensure reactive and remedial works are charged in accordance with the Contract.
6. Support Area Managers in resolving supplier/Sub Contract issues effectively.
7. Assist the Commercial Manager in preparing periodic internal and customer reports.
8. Develop systems with contract management to monitor contract performance.
9. Ensure contract payment terms are adhered to within the conditions of the contract.
You will be required to meet High Security Checks to work on the client premises.
