The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team. This role will take ownership delivery of allocated projects, ensuring events are executed to a high standard, within budget and aligned to client objectives. This is an end to end role managing the project from the very start.
This is a varied role where the Event Manager will combine strong project management, client relationship skills and commercial awareness, including:
• Managing the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple event projects
• Taking full ownership of budgets, timelines and scope across allocated accounts
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
• Overseeing onsite delivery and ensuring quality standards are met at every stage
• Producing accurate reporting, reconciliation and post-event evaluations
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and supporting wider business development activity
The Candidate:
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Manager, Project Manager within the events, experiential, hospitality or live production sectors. Strong experience managing budgets, client communications and end-to-end event delivery is essential for this role.
