What you'll do:
You’ll work closely with experienced Media Buyers to support campaign execution, learn strategic thinking, and begin to manage smaller accounts as your confidence and experience grow. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting Media Buyers in day-to-day campaign execution on Meta and Google
* Assisting in reporting, monitoring, and optimising active ad campaigns
* Collaborating with the creative team to brief assets and suggest ad iterations
* Staying on top of platform updates and industry trends
* Communicating clearly with team members and contributing to internal discussions
* Taking ownership of smaller client accounts as part of your progression
Your first 90 days:
* Gain deep familiarity with Social Nucleus campaign structure and processes
* Shadow senior team members on campaign strategy, testing, and reporting
* Complete structured onboarding sessions and ongoing training
* Assist in executing optimisations and analysing performance data
* Contribute to ideation for creative testing and campaign improvements
* Build strong working relationships with the Media Buying, Creative, and Copy teams
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in paid media (agency or brand side)
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills
* Ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights
* Passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in performance media
