The Growth Company’s (GC) Education and Skills team is seeking a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the design and implementation of high-impact, industry-relevant training programs. This role ensures alignment with learner and employer needs, compliance with funding and quality standards, and achievement of financial targets.
Location: Trafford Park Skills Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop service area plans, delivery schedules, and financial strategies aligned with KPIs and digital platforms.
* Monitor learner retention and achievement; manage staff performance and implement corrective actions using MI and QIPs.
* Build strong relationships with employers, partners, and sector groups to shape competitive, market-responsive curricula.
* Design and review curricula to meet learner, employer, and funder needs, including bespoke and blended learning models.
* Recruit, manage, and develop staff to meet professional standards and foster GC culture.
* Implement systems to meet contractual, audit, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements, reducing risks and ensuring quality.
* Manage training resources and facilities; troubleshoot daily issues to maintain high-quality service.
* Collaborate on bids and tenders, contribute to business growth, and exemplify delivery excellence.

Skills Required:
* Experience in funded and commercial environments, motivating teams to exceed targets.
* Qualified engineer with hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines.
* Extensive experience in post-16 education, delivering high-quality blended learning.
* Skills in contract compliance, quality assurance, and financial performance.
* Experience in internal quality assurance and curriculum design.
* Leadership of dispersed teams ensuring consistent delivery.
* Knowledge of digital and blended learning methodologies.
* Understanding of the Education Inspection Framework and quality improvement.
* Familiarity with qualifications, funding expectations, and EPAP standards.
