\nA leading Legal 500, multi-branch firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its Wills and Probate team, based in the Wanstead office. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in Private Client work who is looking to grow and develop within a supportive, well-regarded practice.

\nThe team advises clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate matters, and the administration of estates, providing a high-quality and compassionate service.

\nThe role

\nThis is a fast-paced and varied position supporting fee earners across the department. You will work closely with senior team members and receive full training and supervision.

\nResponsibilities
\n
\n• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n• Preparing Probate applications
\n• Conducting legal research
\n• Attending clients in the office and on external visits where required
\n• Registering deaths when needed
\n• Attending vacant properties to allow access for third parties
\n• Handling new enquiries
\n• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and completing ongoing training
