Location & Working Conditions
Location: Exeter / Ipswich / Wymondham / Speke / Salford - with remote working options available and occasional office travel required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - we offer flexibility, just let us know what works for you!

Your Responsibilities
As a Drainage and Water Senior Engineer, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, compliant, and sustainable drainage and water designs.
* Act as Design Lead, ensuring programme, budget, and risk commitments are met.
* Manage day-to-day delivery of work packages, escalating issues as needed.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders for efficient design delivery.
* Provide line management and mentoring to early-career engineers, fostering technical development.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Professional engineering accreditation or are working towards CEng / IEng.
* Experience in delivering Drainage & Water design packages with technical autonomy.
* A collaborative spirit, with a track record of producing high-quality engineering outputs.
* Experience mentoring and supporting early-career engineers.
* A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as required.
