Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager
The combined 'One Team' of a council is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager. Lead the transformation of council-owned land and property assets, impacting communities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead feasibility studies, develop options, and prepare business cases for small to medium-sized schemes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop schemes for council-owned assets.
* Commission and manage consultants for design, planning, and site preparation.
* Assist in procuring a delivery partner.
* Advise on redevelopment schemes, including feasibility and options appraisals.
* Address planning, contractual, and legal issues for proposed sites.
* Contribute to delivering medium-sized schemes.
* Work with consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
* Provide progress reports to Senior Managers and Members.
* Manage consultants and contractors.
* Support disposal and acquisition processes for regeneration projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Extensive experience in leading land and property redevelopments.
* Preferably public sector experience.
* Relevant qualifications like RICS or construction/regeneration certifications.
* Knowledge of RIBA stages.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage complex projects across multiple sites.
