Your new role
Previous experience of working in a dedicated Business Analyst role within a highly regulated industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate strategies and solutions toplex issues.
Experience in using data to uncover insights and trends to support business case development, solve problems and improve performance.
Excellentmunications and engagement skills, experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders.fortable with facilitation, influencing and driving decision-making.
Experience in process improvement, utilising BA skill set to document ‘as is’ versus ‘to be’ processes and documenting the gaps to support both technical and non-technical change.
Understanding of project management, and experience of working within a delivery-focused project environment.
Robust knowledge of business analysis and problem-solving methodology, frameworks, tools and techniques.
Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise delivery and plan workload accordingly.
