Winchester House School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning in our Early Years and Key Stage 1 department. You’ll work closely with experienced educators to help children grow, explore, and thrive—both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: - Support pupils' development across cognitive, emotional, and physical domains. - Work with individuals or small groups, inside and outside the classroom. - Assist with practical tasks, prepare learning materials, and maintain classroom displays. - Contribute to outings, events, and school life—making learning rich and fun. - Support inclusion and provide targeted support, including for children with SEN. What We’re Looking For: Essential: - GCSEs (Grade 9–4 / A*–C) in English and Maths. - Experience working with children in an educational setting. - Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. - Enthusiasm, empathy, and a commitment to safeguarding.
