Role Overview As a Sales Negotiator at Your Move, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey — from winning instructions to negotiating successful deals and supporting clients every step of the way. You’ll work with buyers and sellers, manage your pipeline, and play a vital role in helping people move home smoothly and confidently. Key Responsibilities Property Sales & Negotiation Register buyers and sellers, building rapport and understanding their needs. Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting key selling points clearly. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, securing the best outcome for all parties. Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring a seamless process. Valuations & Instructions Support the team in generating new listings and winning instructions. Keep up to date with local market trends to offer accurate, expert advice. Prepare property details, marketing materials, and listings for maximum exposure. Client Care & Relationship Building Be a trusted point of contact, keeping vendors and buyers informed throughout. Deliver excellent customer service to secure repeat business and referrals. Compliance & Administration Ensure all paperwork and records comply with AML, GDPR, and industry standards. Maintain accurate CRM notes for all interactions and transactions.
