The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per year (Depending on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Strictly no weekends).
* Holiday: 30 days holiday, including a guaranteed Christmas closure.

What You Will Be Doing
* Precision Engineering: Routine servicing and essential mechanical repairs across a massive range of vehicles.
* Guided Repairs: Learning to handle clutches, cambelts, and brakes under the wing of experienced senior techs.
* Tech-First Learning: Getting hands-on with top-spec Autel and Launch diagnostic tools to find and fix faults.
* Quality Standards: Ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous 5-star safety and quality standards.
