Position: Senior Sales Advisor
Salary: up to £45,000
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join a well-established luxury retail brand in the Stamford area.
This role is suited to someone who consistently delivers strong sales performance, leads by example on the shop floor, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
The role
As Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll take ownership of high-value client relationships and support the wider team in driving overall store performance. You’ll be confident managing complex or premium sales, handling client queries with professionalism, and stepping in to guide junior colleagues when required.
As part of the role, you’ll be required to work Saturdays with a day off provided during the week in lieu.
Key responsibilities
1. Deliver an elevated, personalised luxury experience
2. Build and maintain a strong base of repeat and high-value clients
3. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
4. Support and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Advisors
5. Assist management with daily floor operations when required
6. Maintain exceptional visual and service standards
