The Role As Restaurant & Hospitality Manager, you will: Lead and deliver a front of house strategy across staff catering, events, and VIP hospitality
Oversee staff restaurant and café service, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu presentation and service alignment
Manage event delivery for partner activations, bespoke functions, and sponsor hospitality
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing front of house team
Manage suppliers, budgets, and compliance to the highest standards
Introduce modern service concepts, innovation, and sustainable practices to elevate the guest experience
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Front of House or Hospitality Manager within luxury hotels, private members clubs, or high-performance environments
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong event planning, beverage management, and service logistics knowledge
Polished, professional, and detail-focused with a passion for premium guest experience
Food Safety & Hygiene certification required; personal licence desirable
