About the Role
As a Reward Consultant, you will:
* Collaborate with clients across industries to design and implement effective reward strategies that align with business goals.
* Provide expert advice on compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
* Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
* Lead and support projects related to pay equity, executive compensation, and total rewards frameworks.
* Build strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insights and actionable recommendations.
* Stay ahead of trends and legislation in the rewards and benefits landscape.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in consulting and reward – ideally within a professional services environment.
* Expertise in compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and reward systems design.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
