Teaching Personnel are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Coventry. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within whole-class learning environments. The school caters for pupils from Early Years through to Post-16, providing a nurturing, inclusive, and highly supportive learning environment. Pupils have a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), communication and interaction needs, sensory needs, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
