We are a bespoke day care setting supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities. The people we support live at home and we support them to access the community and promote inclusion. Our centre is a hive of activity with all levels of ability and our staff team have as much fun as the people we support
Although we would prefer someone with experience, we will take into consideration life experiences. You will be able to drive company vehicles and willing to drive your own vehicle for work purposes if appropriate. So, if you have a calm approach and enjoy a challenge we will offer the following:-
* In-house and external training
* Independent mental health support provided by Bupa (for employee and family)
* 28 days holiday which includes 8 days bank holidays with long service increases available
* Working alternate weekends and daytime only shifts
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.27-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
