About this role
The London studio of this global and award-winning architecture and design practice is searching for a talented Bid Manager to join their team.
You will work closely with sector leads on local marketing strategy, targeting clients and project pursuits. You will have the opportunity to lead local practice implementation, working with sector specialists on marketing collateral, project photography, content, and public relations.
Your focus will be on health and hospitality bids for the UK and EMEA region.
Hybrid and work-from-home options are available.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with studio/sector leaders to support their business development programs.
* Collaborate with practice specialists on pursuits and projects within the region.
* Track business development efforts.
* Produce materials such as case studies, project imagery, and external communication.
* Manage and create regional RFQ, RFP, and interview materials.
* Act as a liaison for internal and external communications regarding local marketing news and developments.
* Coordinate local conference attendance.
* Track local project milestones such as grand openings, groundbreakings, and completions, including photography.
* Monitor local award submission platforms and identify projects.
* Manage and prepare qualification packages, proposal submissions, and interview collateral.
* Create, maintain, and update marketing resource materials in collaboration with the marketing resource manager.
Skills and Experience
* Degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related discipline.
* Typically 5+ years of bid/marketing experience.
* Proficiency in InDesign; experience with Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
* Knowledge of and interest in architecture/interior design.
* Strong writing skills with experience in page layouts.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all staff levels and clients; ability to build trusting relationships within a diverse team.
