The Role
As a Costings Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial and operational teams by ensuring accurate costing, invoicing, and purchase order processing across a high volume of repairs and maintenance works.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and quoting repair jobs in line with client specifications and schedules of rates
2. Raising and processing purchase orders
3. Reviewing subcontractor costs and supplier invoices
4. Preparing and issuing sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
5. Supporting with cost reconciliation and resolving invoice queries
6. Maintaining accurate financial and job records within internal systems
7. Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth financial processes
About You
We are looking for someone who:
8. Has previous experience in a costings, finance administration, or commercial support role
9. Ideally has experience within repairs & maintenance, construction, or social housing
10. Is confident raising POs, processing invoices, and handling job costings
11. Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
12. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
13. Has good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and job management systems
