Pigment Consulting partner with public and regulated sectors to deliver high-impact solutions, embedding efficiency, governance, and commercial best practices into complex programmes.
We are expanding our work within our transport portfolio, predominantly within rail where our consultants will be delivering and managing engineering tasks across a number of project phases. As a result, we are looking for experienced Principle and Project Engineers with significant transport or light rail engineering experience to join our team to support the delivery of a major infrastructure renewal programme.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Deliver and manage engineering tasks through all project phases – from investigation and design to construction and handover.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders, advisers, and contractors.
* Use sound engineering judgement to solve problems and keep projects on track, on budget, and compliant with safety regulations.
* Manage project documentation, reporting, schedules, and costs.
* Ensure compliance with CDM (Construction Design and Management) and all relevant H&S standards.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong background in transport or light rail engineering (across any relevant disciplines).

* The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
* A commitment to delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality transport infrastructure
