Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Maintain the list of defects on each site
* Organise all works on site post PC
* Lease closely with client teams
* Visit sites prior to PC, to gain familiarity with the building
* Quality control of any making good works
* Work closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed
* Keep site / safety records up to date
* Check time sheets
* Carry out all duties in accordance with Robertson procedures
What you’ll need:
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates
* CSCS card
* Previous experience in the construction industry
* Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors
* Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
* Health and safety awareness
* Full driving licence
