Commercial Director – North

This is a senior, high-impact role owning the full commercial agenda across accommodation, food & beverage, marketing, and customer channels, with a clear focus on profitable, sustainable growth. You’ll sit on the leadership team, shaping commercial direction, aligning strategy across regions, and ensuring every site delivers the right offer, at the right price, for the right customer.
A role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive real performance.
What you’ll do…
* Own the group revenue line across all channels, driving sustainable, profitable growth
* Lead marketing, accommodation, and F&B commercial performance across the estate
* Set clear commercial strategy aligned to business goals and future expansion
* Build strong, high-performing commercial teams and develop future talent
* Partner closely with operations to ensure the customer experience matches the commercial promise
* Drive pricing, distribution, digital channels, and promotional activity to maximise performance
* Use data, forecasting, and market insight to guide decisions and improve results
* Lead loyalty, events, corporate, and new revenue channel growth
* Own budgets, revenue targets, and margin performance through to EBITDA
About you…
* A senior commercial leader with strong multi-site hospitality experience
* Proven track record of driving revenue, margin, and EBITDA growth
* Strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on when needed
* Customer-first mindset with strong brand and commercial instincts
* Experienced in leading large teams across marketing, distribution, and commercial functions
* Clear, credible communicator at board, head office, and site level
* Data-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
Salary: £100,000 – £135,000
