Role: Administrator
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum

My client provides professional training services to a range of employers nationwide. They're based in the heart of Manchester and due to growth are looking to recruit an Administrator. This role is based at the company's Head office in Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities:
* To ensure compliance and quality needs are met for the administration department
* To accurately update and use multiple databases
* The efficient collection, management, analysis and reporting of data
* The coordination and submission of data
* Self-management and a pro-active approach towards own deadlines
* Adopt good planning and preparation practices
* Support other departments in the achievement of company targets
* Liaise with team members, learners, employers and other external bodies to promote Training courses and activities
* Complete tasks effectively within agreed timescales
Required Skills:
* An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities
* The ability to forge good working relationships with people at all levels
* A professional conversational manner
* Good computer skills/understanding
