Your focus will include Managing a portfolio of recoveries and capital‑at‑risk cases as a Recoveries Analyst Progressing live arrears over 90 days and terminated agreements Chasing, securing and maximising asset recoveries Engaging customers, guarantors and external representatives Working with insolvency practitioners, solicitors and enforcement agents Applying the right approach across regulated and unregulated agreements What we’re looking for Recoveries experience within instalment credit, ideally asset finance or motor finance recoveries Confidence handling complex cases from arrears through to resolution Experience dealing directly with asset recovery and third parties Resilience and persistence when conversations get challenging Sound judgement under pressure, without constant follow‑up Although you won’t need formal qualifications, CICM, DipAF or similar would be helpful Putting people first: Our commitment to inclusion At Weatherbys Banking Group, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
