Established London-based commercial law firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer of 3 or more year’s PQE working for a majority of clients with a Real Estate-sector focus. This is a growth hire to support the senior members of the team, so they are looking for someone who has experience of dealing with Corporate and Commercial matters. You will have a varied and intellectually stimulating workload, acting on a wide range of Corporate/Commercial client instructions, including: • Corporate, finance and housing regulation • Joint venture arrangements, assisting our real estate colleagues with large scale housing development and finance projects • Intellectual property, IT and systems contracts • In/outsourcing • Terms of business, including for regulated entities • Management incentives and exits • General commercial contracts, including consumer facing agreements, particularly in the SME space with a particular focus on IT, royalties, hospitality.
