A global real estate private equity firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Investment Analyst to join its New York-based investments team. The firm specializes in equity recapitalizations, partner buyouts, and secondary transactions across institutional-grade properties in the and Europe.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and report financial performance of existing investments
2. Collaborate with senior management on investment strategy and asset valuations
3. Support underwriting of financing and disposition transactions
4. Build financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses
5. Develop working knowledge of assets including leasing, budgeting, and waterfall structures
6. Participate in site visits and market inspections
7. Contribute to ad hoc projects across the investment platform
Qualifications:
8. Strong academic background in finance, economics, or real estate from a top-tier undergraduate program
9. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Argus and other financial tools preferred
10. Demonstrated interest in real estate and investment management
11. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
12. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in both independent and team settings
