Overview
We are working with a leading international employee benefits consultancy, with offices across the UK and worldwide, to support their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their healthcare administration team.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for client queries.
* Provide full support to consultants with the administration of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) schemes.
* Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and reports for consultants to present to clients.
* Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Willingness to learn – full training will be provided, and the team has a strong track record of successfully developing people into the role.
