The Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children in Nursery/Reception across play-based, child-centred learning.
* Provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting communication, independence and positive behaviour.
* Assist with phonics, early maths and continuous provision activities—indoors and outdoors.
* Prepare resources, maintain engaging learning areas and contribute to observations/records.
* Build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers.

About You
* Experience with Early Years and/or SEN (school, nursery or childcare setting).
* Calm, caring and proactive with strong communication skills.
* Reliable team-player who models safeguarding at all times.
* Right to work in the UK; enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
