Role Overview Head office is based in the Wirral, and we’re looking for a candidate located in the North West region. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll identify new business opportunities, present product demonstrations, and build trusted relationships with decision-makers across the construction industry. This role is ideal for a confident B2B salesperson experienced in consultative selling, with a proven track record of new business development. Key Responsibilities * Generate new leads and opportunities through field visits and outbound outreach * Conduct face-to-face meetings, live product demonstrations, and tailored sales presentations * Develop a pipeline of opportunities targeting construction directors, site managers, and HR/compliance professionals * Prepare persuasive sales proposals and close deals effectively * Collaborating with internal teams for onboarding and post-sale success * Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and report progress * Compile and deliver weekly or monthly reports summarizing sales confirmations, prospective clients and providing feedback on any declined leads. * Meet or exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in B2B field sales — preferably in SaaS or construction tech * Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently * Ability to understand technical products and explain value clearly * A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel across regions * This role involves targeting businesses nationwide, with overnight stays required to fully capitalize on sales opportunities.
