Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire with hybrid home working (up to 2 days per week)
Salary: £23,670 rising to £23,952 per annum (Professional Services Grade 3 & 3a)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

Exams Administrator – The Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting learners? We’re looking for an Exams Administrator to be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our exams process. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Examinations Team at our Trowbridge campus.
As an Exams Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our examination processes run smoothly, are customer-focused, and meet high standards of quality assurance.
Exams Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate exam registrations and entries, ensuring accurate and timely input into our College Management Information System.
* Prepare and dispatch exam scripts and papers to various examination boards, keeping our academic staff informed of guidelines.
* Work closely with tutors and academic staff to confirm accurate student registrations.
* Handle exam scheduling, organise exam materials, and allocate invigilators efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examining body regulations and ensure strict compliance with exam security protocols.
Exams Administrator – You:

Essential Qualifications
* Literacy and Numeracy qualification at Level 2 (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
* Level 2 or above IT or Administration qualification e.g. NVQ, CLAIT or ECDL.
