We’re looking for a dynamic, sales focused individual who can demonstrate understanding and support whilst supporting relatives who are seeking care for a loved one. You’ll be responsible for managing the enquiries process whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders and future residents to ensure that the home achieves it’s sales target. Experience within the care sector is not a necessity but high energy, target driven and customer focused experience is. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the first point of contact for families, providing expert guidance with warmth and professionalism. Build strong local knowledge and networks to connect families to the care they need. Conduct engaging, personalised tours of the home, showcasing services, facilities, and community. Collaborate with care and management teams to coordinate assessments, admissions, and contracts. Maintain an excellent visitor experience and manage family communications, ensuring smooth transitions. Support marketing initiatives, community engagement, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the home. Track and manage enquiries effectively, providing insights to improve conversion and service delivery. Experience in sales, customer service, or family liaison roles; care sector experience is advantageous. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a dual-site schedule. IT literate and confident using CRM systems and reporting dashboards. Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to deliver results. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
